Sesame Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. white or yellow miso
 - 2 Tbs. soy sauce or tamari
 - 2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
 - 1 Tbs. minced ginger
 - 2 tsp. sesame oil
 - 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
 - 4 5–6 oz salmon fillets
 - 1/2 cup sesame seeds, preferably a mix and white and black
 
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Whisk together miso, soy sauce or tamari, lime juice, ginger, sesame oil, and red chili flakes.
 - Place fish on parchment paper-lined baking sheet, skin-side down, and brush with miso mixture. Top with sesame seeds, pressing down gently to adhere. Bake until fish is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
