Research shows that kids are 80 percent more likely to eat bitter vegetables when they’re served with dip. But most store-bought dips use added sugars as a leading ingredient. This recipe has zero added sugar, and it pairs perfectly with our Chef Salad Skewers.

Quick Ranch Dip recipe
Ingredients
1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. dried chives
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, and mix well. Serve immediately, or store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to a week. Serve with skewers, a plate of raw veggies, and/or toasted pita chips.
