Ingredients

  • 1 14-oz. can coconut cream
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tbs. matcha powder
  • 1 Tbs. cacao nibs, optional

Preparation

  1. Place ingredients, except cacao nibs, in a medium mixing bowl and whisk until combined. Place mixture in a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  2. Serve with cacao nib sprinkles or as desired.
