The addition of chia seeds (which have a neutral taste) give these refreshing pops a mega dose of omega-3 fats, fiber, and antioxidants.
Makes 4 pops
 1 Tbs. Barlean’s Organic Chia Seeds
 1 grapefruit, juiced
 2 lemons or limes, juiced
 1 cup cool water
 1-inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled
 Optional: Dash cayenne
 Optional: Stevia for sweetening
Add all ingredients to a blender and liquefy on high. Blend until smooth. Pour into molds and freeze.
