Mayan Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1½ cups vanilla oat yogurt
- 1 avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 Tbs. pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. cayenne
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
Place oat milk, yogurt, avocado, banana, cocoa powder, syrup, cinnamon, cayenne, and salt in blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Chill at least 1 hour.
